My Rat On A Jetski Review
I love this game, but some levels are complicated. Personally I think Snowboard is better than Jetski because we have more chances of having a high score (my all-time best on Snowboard is 747, compared to 188 on Jetski)
Instead of obstacles and hazards like in Scooter, Skateboard (basketballs, banana peels) and Snowboard (toboggan, meatballs), Jetski features villains (crocodiles, birds, rocket ducks) like in Rat On A Run, which slightly feels like returning to the first Donut Games, instead of staying with other recent Donut Games (Fishbowl Racer, Action Driver, Monkey Ninja).
Being the fifth entry in the franchise, it seems to some as the most complicated. The gliding isnt evident at the start, and in the endless levels, there are frequently points where you cant avoid a villain.
As the Rat games are the only franchise by Donut Games so far, Donut Gamers would probably be more excited by sequel game to games like Monkey Flight, Chicken Egg, Monkey Ninja or Bubble Pig. Though a sixth Rat game would be nice, something like Urban Ninja on a Scooter would be more interesting.
Still, the game is fun to play with, and Donut Gamers will have fun. Also, it is Donut Gamess first game since more than half a year, as Monkey Ninja, Donut Games last game before Jetski, came in May, and I was relieved to see a new Donut Game, as I was starting to fear that Monkey Ninja was the final Donut Game ever.
